1/No Unconditional Returns
We do not accept unconditional returns on any product in this store. The sizes provided by the SKU are for reference only and do not represent standard sizes.
2/Shipping
Shipping is not free for all products in this store. The prices provided are only the product prices. Shipping rates vary by country and region. Please contact customer service for a quote.
3/Transportation
If your order address is within the delivery range, the delivery vehicle will be delivered to the first floor entrance and the buyer will arrange unloading by himself; if your order address is not within the delivery range, the delivery vehicle will be delivered to the nearest delivery point - the buyer will arrange unloading by himself
4/After-Sales
If there is glass damage, we do not accept returns. We will arrange to send a replacement part or compensate you for the price difference.If the size and color are inconsistent with the communication, return is supported.
Minor wood scratches do not accept returns. We can ship a replacement paint repair or provide a price difference.
Due to long-distance transportation, minor bumps and dents are possible. Please bear with us. Perfectionists, please be cautious when ordering!
